TONY CADRIN - Director and Chief Geoscientist
Senior Geologist with over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry developing, and drilling conventional and unconventional resources for oil and gas. Past President of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.
DAVID FYN - Chief Financial Officer
Has 20 years in private accounting practice and prior as a senior manager with KPMG in Canada and Ernst & Young in the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
PETER SCHLOO - Independent Director
Peter Schloo holds the CPA, CA and CFA designations with over eight years of experience in capital markets involving public and private companies.
JOHN BOOTH - Independent Director
John is a qualified lawyer (Ontario, New York & DC) and worked as an investment banker and fund manager in international capital markets for more than 25 years. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Biology and Environmental Science, Canadian and US law degrees and a Masters in International Law from Kings College London where he now guest lectures on ESG in the graduate business school.
TOM LAWLOR - Advisor
Over 25 years of experience in project management, operations, and engineering. He has held numerous senior positions with Ovintiv (Encanna), Schlumberger and AMEC on projects across North America, the North Sea and the Middle East.
DENNIS EUBANKS - Advisor
